      We are Leslie and Charles, the owners of Tiny Pine Bistro and Tiny Tiki Bar. We met working in restaurants in Chicago and after years working in multiple positions within the hospitality industry we moved to Colorado and opened Tiny Pine Bistro in February 2022. Tiny Tiki Bar opened May 2023. We’ve been married since October 2024. Charles is the Chef and Leslie runs the restaurant.

      We are a Chef-run kitchen that prides itself on using local and seasonal produce and proteins whenever possible. We make every dish to order. Thoughtfully composed food made with care takes time. Sit back, relax and enjoy time with your loved ones while we take care of you!

      We are proud to offer house made pasta, hand breaded local chicken tenders and local grass-fed beef burgers and fries for our little guests.

      We have added a 2% processing fee for non-cash payments. It is noted on each receipt as a “convenience fee.” This fee helps us make up for the rising costs in payment processing that we are no-longer able to cover. We have chosen to add on this small fee rather than increase our overall prices in an effort towards transparency.

      We use RESY reservation system for our reservation bookings. The link to the RESY website can be found here. We book 30 days in advance and for parties up to 4 people.

      Just as our name implies we are a small restaurant. Please contact us directly at 970.340.4471 to inquire about booking a table of 5 people or up to 8 people.

      Our tiki bar is located in the backyard and is open seasonally. No reservations needed. Tiny Tiki will have its last night of the 2025 season on Saturday, October 5, 2025.

      When our outside areas are open (late Spring - early Fall) we welcome dogs on our side deck and front porch. Four-legged friends are not allowed in the backyard Tiki Bar.

      While we do our best to accommodate allergies we are not always able to change dishes to make them free of an allergen. We reserve the right to deny alterations to a dish if we fear the risk of cross contamination may be a risk. If you have a severe allergy and/or a limited diet we recommend reaching out to us in advance (970.340.4471) to discuss the possibilities.

      Gift cards are currently available through our website here. These electronic gift cards can be scheduled and sent to the recipient via text or email. If you would prefer a printed gift card we suggest sending the electronic gift card to yourself which you can then print. As of October 2025 we are no longer offering physical gift cards at the restaurant.
